These Terms of Use describe rules for using Zaar. They supplement the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

Zaar is intended for advertising and marketing creative production as described in the Terms of Service (Section 3). You must use the Service in line with that purpose and not circumvent it through sustained non-marketing use without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, including privacy, publicity, copyright, and trademark.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violent content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass security or rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract training data or model weights except where expressly permitted by law.
• Use the Service to build a competing product through automated scraping or bulk extraction of prompts, outputs, or metadata.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where such disclosure is required by law or platform rules.

3. Outputs and reliance

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use. We do not provide legal, medical, or professional advice through the Service.

You acknowledge that TogoFlow does not guarantee results from any generated asset and assumes no responsibility for outputs that are not used in advertising or marketing, or that are used outside the scope described in the Terms of Service. Your reliance on any output is at your sole risk.

4. Brand and third-party platforms

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of social networks, ad platforms, and other services where you publish content. References to third-party trademarks do not imply endorsement.

5. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Zaar, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service without obligation to you, except where prohibited by law.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and remove content, suspend features, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms of Use or the Terms of Service have been breached, or when required for legal or safety reasons.
