This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Zaar, an AI-powered social marketing product operated by TogoFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing, you agree to this policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into the TogoFlow Terms of Service.
All subscription fees paid for Zaar are non-refundable, including:
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.
Zaar subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to Zaar's paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier or is deactivated.
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, the transaction date, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
Payments are processed by Stripe and Flutterwave depending on your region. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not store raw card numbers — all payment data is handled by our processors in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
