Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TogoFlow ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TogoFlow is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that enables users to connect applications, automate tasks, and streamline business operations. The Service includes workflow building tools, AI assistance, app integrations, and related features. When you connect third-party accounts such as Google, TogoFlow uses that access only to perform the workflow actions you configure—for example, sending or reading email, accessing spreadsheets, managing calendar events, or working with files in Drive, Docs, or Slides.

3. User Accounts

To use TogoFlow, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

TogoFlow offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Changes to your plan take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

4.1 Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate. You will be charged on your renewal date using the payment method on file. To prevent renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your account settings. We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before an annual renewal.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or be deactivated when the paid period expires.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our trusted third-party payment processors:

  • Stripe — used for card payments in the United States, Europe, and most international markets. Stripe's terms of service apply to transactions processed through Stripe.
  • Flutterwave — used for payments across Africa and select emerging markets. Flutterwave's terms of service apply to transactions processed through Flutterwave.

We do not store your raw card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe or Flutterwave in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

4.4 Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or early cancellation. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to violate any third-party rights
  • Create workflows that violate terms of service of integrated applications
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits without upgrading

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TogoFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your workflows and data, but grant us a license to use, store, and process your data to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your workflows comply with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide notice when possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TogoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
