TogoFlow connects to dozens of third-party services so your workflows can read data, send messages, update records, and more.
How integrations work
- Browse available apps in the Action node app picker or Start node app trigger selector.
- Connect your account via OAuth or API key.
- Configure the specific action or trigger with field mappings.
- Run — the workflow uses your stored credentials automatically.

Triggers vs actions
| Capability | Where to configure | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger | Start node → App trigger | "When a new email arrives in Gmail" |
| Action | Action node → Select app + action | "Send an email via Gmail" |
A single app often supports both. For example, Gmail can trigger on incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
Getting started with an integration
- Create a workflow and add an Action node.
- Click Select App and search for the service (e.g. "Slack").
- Choose an action (e.g. "Send Message").
- If prompted, click Connect to authorize your account.
- Fill in the action fields and save.
See the detailed guides:
- Connecting Apps — step-by-step setup
- OAuth Authentication — Google, GitHub, and OAuth-based apps
- API Keys — key-based authentication
Tips
- Connect accounts before running workflows — missing credentials cause runtime errors.
- OAuth tokens refresh automatically; API keys must be rotated manually.
- Credentials are scoped to your organization and never included in workflow exports.
